Dear Steve Just to let you know that due to your help I know I will have a better Christmas in sorting out the aches and pains in my back and neck, they are continuing to get better, I know i am not all the way there yet and will be in touch in the new year ,but it is so good to know I have come so far and will only get better, I will keep up with the exercises you have given me to do and wish you a happy Christmas, thank you once again for all your help.
